When this project started all, we had was a leveled graded pad. We hired the consultants which ranged from civil engineers to electrical contractors and designed the pad including all site elements to bring this beautiful location to life. We've done many Barro's Pizza's over the years with most being Tenant Improvements, but we are capable of handling any size project. This project required meetings with the city and the neighbors to insure everyone was on board with having this restaurant at this location and we saw the entire project through from first submittal to last nail.
